What is a nice recipe for chicken breasts?
I have alot of chicken breasts, does anyone have any nice recipe ideas that I could try out?

Bacon Chicken

great with a side of green beans and mashed potatoes

6 slices bacon
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Cook bacon in 12" skillet until crisp, about 4-6 minutes.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Pour bacon grease out of skillet, but don't wash or wipe it.
Add butter and olive oil to skillet.
Saute chicken breasts in this mixture over medium heat, turning once, until chicken is cooked and no longer pink in center.
Place chicken in ungreased 12x8" baking dish.

Cook onion and garlic in drippings remaining in skillet.
Cook until onion is softened, then stir in salt, pepper, and cooked bacon.
Spoon over chicken breasts and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serves 6

Sticky Chicken
this recipe is also great for pork chops!

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
1/8 tsp. pepper
3-4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a shallow baking dish and stir until sugars dissolve.
Add the chicken and turn to coat well.
Cover the dish and chill in refrigerator for 24 hours.

When ready to eat, transfer the chicken and marinade to a large heavy nonstick skillet.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring each piece occasionally.
Check the breasts for doneness
(180 degrees F on an instant read thermometer)
and remove to a shallow pan as they test done.
Cover the cooked chicken and place in warm oven to keep warm.

Increase heat to medium and cook the marinade remaining in skillet until syrupy, stirring constantly, about 8-10 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet, coat it with the sauce,
and serve immediately - with lots of hot cooked rice!
Serves 8

If I continue to work out and eat healthy will my breasts stay small nice and firm?
I don't have any guys and if/when I do, I want my breasts return back to being nice and pretty. I know women who have guyren and to stay fit they have healthy diets, eat right and they have nice figures. however, I am not sure how what their actual bodies look like.

It will certainly help. Small breasts tend to sag less over time anyway, since there is less for gravity to act on.
